SEDA has 4 schools for destitute children. We have established these schools for them who are underprivilged. We are providing all educational opportunities to them as a cost of free. For being a good student, good health is necessary. For good health, good food is mandatory. we can not provide them food regularly, but we arrange it occasionally. We would like to request to kind hearted person to donate for our school programme.
SEDA’s shelter project is running in different parts of the country for homeless people. Under this project, houses are being constructed for people who have lost their only means of living due to various natural calamities.
These people have their own houses. But they have lost their houses due to different natural disaster in different years by Cyclone Sidr, Amphan ,Yaas, aila etc. .Many people who have lost everything including their homes, are sheltering in other people’s houses. So SEDA is trying to arrange safe home for them.

A pregnant woman was in labor last night. She had to admit in hospital as soon as possible. But it is not a very easy way to take someone to hospital from this area. Because it is very hard to reach area. After knowing the news, SEDA had taken proper initiative to take her hospital. In the middle of the journey, a healthy baby girl was born in the ambulance cabin on Kholpetua river. It is one of the river in Satkhira coastal region. If someone wants to get proper health services, it should be need to cross 15 Kilometer to reach at the main land from the island.
