SEDA is working on safe water supply and sanitation. So far 330 tubewells have been installed across the country. 169 pies 1000 liter water tanks have been provided for rainwater harvesting in the coastal areas.  Four water desalination plants have been set up. Moreover, hundreds of helpless families have been provided with sanitary toilets.
