Qurbani Meat Distributed Among Underprivileged Families in Shyamnagar and Sirajganj 

Under the “Education Aid for O AA KA KHA School, Qurbani & Build House for Poor People” project, qurbani meat has been distributed among poor fishermen and tiger-widowed families in the coastal areas of Shyamnagar upazila in Satkhira.

As part of the project, a total of 3 cows and 3 goats were sacrificed in the unions of Padmapukur, Gabura, and Burigoalini in Shyamnagar. The meat was later distributed among underprivileged families, poor fishing communities, and tiger-widowed households in the area.

Similarly, under the same project, 3 cows and 3 goats were also sacrificed in Sirajganj, and the meat was distributed among disadvantaged families there.

This humanitarian initiative was funded by Abundance of Good Inc., USA, and implemented by the Socio Economic Development Alliance.

The main objective of this initiative is to share the joy of Eid-ul-Adha with underprivileged people and bring smiles to their faces. The organizers expressed hope that such humanitarian activities will continue in the future.
